Located at the southern tip of New York state, Westchester county is home to more than just some of the nation's wealthiest families. It is also the county with the highest record of superhuman activity in the United States. Some were born there, some were called, some wandered in and and decided to stay, but Westchester county has become a place of note in the recent years in the superhuman community.
One such superhuman is notable resident Charles Xavier. Xavier is known to be a mutant by the US Government (though this information has yet to be released to the public, as there is currently no Mutant Registration Act), and is outspoken about the need for mutant rights in the United States. He has no institute, but Xavier's million dollar mansion in North Salem is home to a secret training facility for a select few young mutants known as the X-Factor. In addition to the mutants that he trains, Xavier has also adopted a couple of mutants who have no homes because of their mutations.
High school is a tumultuous time for anyone, even when you're not developing super powers. At North Salem High School, supers and mutants intermingle with normal students. Some are terrified that people will discover their powers while others itch to show them off. Even with this diverse student body, no one has revealed themselves to be anything other than a normal human...yet.

moralcode is an AU Marvel comics role-playing game set in Westchester County, New York that focuses on a group of young adults learning what it means to have superpowers. Will they use their newfound abilities for good or evil? Should they keep their powers secret or reveal them to the public? If they make themselves known what will the reaction be? Only time will tell.
